    Who do you book with?

Have you got a favoutite airline? If so why is that your favourite? Have you got a preferred site to book with or do you go direct? We usually go with Virgin because we have miles to get a cheaper flight. Feel service wise they are not as good as they used to be but stay with them because of the miles we already have!

    Virgin every time.

    We like:

*The flight times (10:25 out and 20:25 home)
*Prices (we always seem to find a deal)
*Flying Club (we have just saved around £450 by using miles plus money.(Miles were only collected with previous flights, not shopping or credit card etc...)
    *Free drinks on board
    *Kids pack and entertainment
*Skycots (we've had these the last 2 times)
    *Manchester flights
*2 x 23kg bag allowance (this has now stopped)

    We don't like:

    *Foreign call centre
    *Ignorant check in staff
*Not the very latest planes out of Manchester

    BA usually.

    We like:

*Cheap fares through the BA hotline [msnsmile2]
    *Free upgrades to Club [msnsmile2]

Not sure if you know, but when I spoke to Virgin cutsomer service the other day they said the call center is moving back from India to Wales, as they had so many complaints.

We also always book Virgin, mainly for the same reasons as you (although we fly the opposite direction in to Manchester)

We have flown over 2/3 times every year since 2002. Continental used to be favorite as flew out of Bristol but they've cancelled the service from November. Now it's back to whoever's the cheapest out of Heathrow or Gatwick. Best flight / service ever: First Choice. Worst Virgin, never again......
As the same flight is frequently priced differently, we find that the only way to get a 'fair' price is by checking multiple sites (including the airline direct).

Virgin for us, as we fly out of Manchester we don't have a lot of choice. Don't like the fact that the oldest planes are used from Manchester whilst the newer fleet is from London.

We have always flown with Virgin in the past but when we go next time we are thinking of in direct flights into Tampa for a change, hopefully it will be cheaper than direct flights, so nearer the time I will be asking questions about which airline and which connections are recommended [msncool]

Flown with Virgin to Florida 2008 and with Thomas Cook to Carribean last year, both in economy.
I will never be flying anywhere with Thomas Cook in economy ever again seats far too cramped and uncomfortable.

New airbus A330/300's to be used on VS75 from Manchester from April next year.

New inflight entertainment system but no upper class (can't afford that anyway)
