Hi all, hope everyones ok. Has been ages since been here as we have had a house move [msnsmile2](eventually, took 2 years to sell our house as we went on the market just before Northern Rock crashed), lots of work on the new house (quite stressful) and no Florida holiday in the offing[msnsad] We are now going next August/September[clap] so will hopefully be able to be back on here catching up with all things Florida

Welcome back to the forum! I totally understand the stress of selling and renovating a new home. We are just completing a major renovation and will be glad to see the back of the builders! You now have a lovely holiday to look forward to in sunny Florida which will be the icing on the cake!

I agree re:house moving, moved for 2nd time in Jan 06, never again, unless its the big one after my numbers come up

I think my hubby would think you were doing ok Ian. This was our 8th move in the 20 years we have been married and he says he's never, ever moving again! Luckylady, from what I have been reading sounds like a lot of change since 2008 but still some old faves. It's what we love about Florida
