Hi there! I'm new to this site. The properties all look lovely. Is there a way to see all the properties I would want (example 3 bedroom homes) that are available? I get my hopes up looking at each individual property only to find out that it's already booked. Is there a way to look at properties via available dates?

Hi Barb and welcome to the forum

The easiest way is to go to one or all of: http://www.orlandovillas.com/ or http://www.villasflorida.com/ or http://www.onlinefloridavillas.com/

Scroll down the page a little until you see the General Enquiries section. Click on this link and then fill in the form with your requirements. You can specify number of bedrooms required on this form. If your dates are fixed, then make sure that you say this in the "Any other details" area of the form.

This way your enquiry goes out to all the relevant owners and only those with availability for your dates should reply.

If you are looking for a home for a peak or high season time, such as this Easter or mid March, then you would get more response if you didn't specify number of bedrooms. Many owners of homes with 4 or more bedrooms are happy to rent to smaller groups.

There is a way to see all homes with a particular number of bedrooms by going to the websites Carla has mentioned and filling in the Find Villas section, choosing Orlando and in Bedrooms choose whichever size you wish then click Find Villas. This will bring up all homes of the size you have chosen.

The only thing it won't do is provide info on whether or not they're available for your dates. The only way to do this is as Carla suggests and make an enquiry for the dates you require. You'll only get replies from home owners who have your requested dates available.

I agree with what has already been said but would like to pointout that some villas do have their availability calender for you to look at. It appears just after the villas rates. Good luck with your planning and do ask us if you have any other questions.
