Shipping shopping!!

Hi all

Just wondered if anyone has ever bought a large or fragile item in Orlando and had it shipped back to the UK? Is it fairly inexpensive to do and easy to arrange?

It would depend what the value was as to whether it is worth the cost of the shipping. If it is a large item, some stores can arrange the shipping for you, or if it is smaller, you can go to a UPS store to find out how much and the procedure. We shipped a whole house of furniture back to UK about 10 years ago and that was around $5000 and very easy to do.

Do bear in mind that if item is new, HM Customs will happily add about 25% import duty + VAT....
