    Universal Express Tickets

We are a family of 5 going over on Sept 28th, we are meeting up with an aunt and uncle who are staying in their villa at the same time we are there, they are going to be staying at Universal for 2 nights and we are going to meet up with them to do the 2 parks on these 2 days, my question is how many people can get on a ride using their express access with their room key or how is it monitored, the fact that there would be 7 of us in total but only 1 room key

Thanks in anticipation of any help

Doesn't answer your question directly but at the end of sept/beg of october i don't think you'll have any problem with queues anyway

We were at Universal mid September last time we went and it was soooo quiet. A lot of rides we either walked straight on or only a few minutes wait

Last 4 times we've been to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure it has been pretty quiet and we've not had to really queue for anything.

Only time i can remember it being busy was when we were there the day The Mummy officially opened in May 2004, otherwise in Feb 05, Oct 07 and Oct 09 it's been pretty quiet and in Feb 05 when we asked about the express passes the girl in the ticket booth advised us against wasting our money as she said the park wasn't busy enough to make it neccesary.

Both your aunt and uncle will be given a room key (credit card style) which they can present at rides for the express pass, they 'may' be able to pass them onto 2 members of your party to use but you would only be able to ride in 2's - that said you probably won't need them at that time of the year.

We all had our own room keys including the kids so it is def one each. I would much rather stay at a villa than a hotel even if you get a fast pass, it is so restricting, the ones near Universal even charge for parking and over $6 for a coffee let alone a drink, just not worth it.

We have been Oct 06, Oct 08 and are going this year also in Oct, both times including The Hulk and Mummy we were on before the people with Fast pass.
