    Nice day where you are?

If you live within an hour of Woking and the sun is shining (or at least it is not raining) could you tell me.

(With good walks and a picnic area)

    Thanks

Are there children involved in the days out ?

How about the South Downs Way - it stretches from Winchester to Beachy Head go onto the South Downs website for info on walks picnic areas etc.

Or how about Staunton Country Park in Havant a bit more than an hour but good as it has a farm and also the country park offers some nice walks and picnic areas.

Or Queen Elizabeth Country Park in Southampton again a bit more than an hour from Woking but nice with a working 17th Century farm.

All of the above have websites

It is not raining down here even looks like we are going to get some sun !

Wellington Country park at Risely is a good day out with children. Dinosaur nature trail walk, large play area, small animal area, minatire railway, crazy golf and more. About 45 minutes from Woking.

I'm about 20 minutes away from Woking (I'm at work in Staines). It's pretty grey out, and although not raining just yet, it looks like it could do soon.

Queen Elizabeth County Park is not in Southampton but on the A3 about 8 miles from Portsmouth. The ones in Southampton are Queen Victoria and Itchen Valley.
