We are travelling in August 2010 but our last visit was Jan 2009
and we filled in ESTA forms then do we have to fill forms in again for this visit

Your ESTA is valid for 2 years, you do not need to reapply within this time limit. You may log on to update your travel if you go regularly, I always do.

It's the same site you should have registered on: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/

Check the right-hand side of the page, marked "Update or Check the Status of a Previously Submitted Authorization to Travel to the United States"

You will need your ESTA application number, passport number and date of birth. You can update the following info:

E-mail address

Telephone number

Carrier Information

City where you are boarding

Address while in the United States
