There is probably a list and half of things that you want/need to take with you. You seem to have the major items covered.

My philosphy when it comes to the day of travel and I am at the airport.

I have passport. money. tickets. reservation information for whatever. and one more most important thing, the family

anything that is forgotten. this or that. well if I forgot it I obviously did not think it was important enough and i can buy anything else out there.

Nescafe coffee the suff over there isn't to good. saying that I'm quite fussy about my coffee.
And the thought that you can't do it all on the first trip..

As for the tom tom most car hire places will supply them at a small charge.

And relax and enjoy your self.

You should try barnies coffee. I have never bought anything else since trying that. I usually bring between 8-12lbs home with me.

Stunning coffee if you like flavoured coffee without that sticky yukky syrup stuff.

Beware of the little weigh thing with the hook -if your luggage is in any way near the top weight limit - it tends to fall off(or straighten)! Ours of course was only £2.99 at TJ Hughes! BUT....we bought a better one there with a proper luggage fastener and it's digital - dearer - of course -£7.99 - but worth it's weight in gold!![msnwink]
