    Green Visa Waiver Form

    Hi All,
I apologise if this question has been asked before, all you recent visitors to florida, is the green visa waiver form still required to be completed for entry into Florida, just wondering as the questions on the form are more or less identical to those on the Esta application form we have completed. Off to Florida Nov 24th can't wait.
    Thanks
    Carl & Karen

Still required for MCO and Sanford I believe.

Some US airports now do not require the waiver form, others still do.

According to this announcement on the Homeland Security web page, the elimination of the I-94W paper form has now been officially announced. According to this, it'll be gone by the end of this summer:

<blockquote id="quote" class="ffs">quote:the use of paper I-94W forms will be eliminated for VWP travelers with an approved Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) arriving in the United States at all airports by the end of this summer. CBP will activate automated processing for U.S. airports on a rolling basis over the next several months.[/quote]

Stll completing the forms 4 weeks ago going into Sanford. It will be good if the plans go ok and we don't have to do it in a couple of months time.

Several major US arrival ports don't require the I94 these days and the list is getting bigger each day. Those I'm aware of are Boston, LAX and Chicago.
