Tow Bars

Can anyone help please?

Does anyone know if the hire cars in Florida have tow bars fitted or has anyone asked for one with a tow bar fitted when hiring and how they got on (i.e. whether they got one with)?

Why would you have the need for a tow bar, though. I guess you would be flying in from the UK. Is it something to do with a disabled electric chair or something.

No, just thought about buying a jet ski to keep at the villa on a trailer and wondered if one would be able to hire a car complete with tow bar. Just a thought at the moment!

Unfortunately all the car rental companies have a strict policy of not allowing you to tow anything, so none of the cars are fitted with a tow bar.

Thanks for that Roger. Guess that's why some people buy their own cars and leave them over there then.
