I don't know about you, but we love Epcot and always leave 2 days for it, first at Future World and then World Showcase.

I think one full day EACH at Universal & Islands of Adventure are enough, provided you choose less crowded days of the week and start early on both days.

If you have kids in your group, they meywant to visit Magic Kingdom a second time, especially if your first visit did not coincide with the Spectromagic Parade.

Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are both excellent, but you have to ask yourself if you need to do both of them. You might save a day for something different, like the Kennedy Space Center, Silver Springs or Busch Gardens. Also, you have not mentioned Sea World and Animal Kingdom, which are must-do visits in my opinion.

You do not need more than a few hours for the Airboat ride and can easily combine it with the day you do the Water Park.

As for shopping, I am told that the newish Mall at Millenia is really something. Have not been there yet myself, though.

I think we have been to this place too, although the name does not ring an immediate bell. It was certainly not very far from Splendid China. I recall they serve a MASSIVE chocolate sundae type dish which was the only thing I ate one evening and had to forego breakfast the next morning!! Is it the same place?
