New Mall/Outlet i27

Does anyone know where the new shopping outlet Mall is near the i27. It is brand new and cannot remember the name. I will be staying at The Abbey in Westhaven in October and it is not far from there? - Mel

Are you thinking of Posner Park which is the newest shopping development in the area. We were over in April and dint see signs of any newer ones being built.

On the I-27 straight across from Posner park, its not a mall its more of a shopping development , it house stores like Best Buy , JC Penney, world of books, ... dont know of any malls on the 27 , there is lakeland mall but thta at Juction 32 on the I-4

It's only a minor detail but it's not the I27 (these are Interstates) but H(igh)way27, just in case anyone uses this to try and look up any info.

Hi Mel

It sounds like you are referring to Posner Park on H27 that is just minutes from West Haven. It is one of my favourite places to shop. We have got some great bargains in Belz, J C Penney, Ross & Payless, easy parking and plenty of space. Most shops open until at least 9pm (changes through the year)

Shops: Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Ross Dress for less, Payless Shoes, St Michaels, JC Penney department store with Sephora beauty department and hairdressers, Belk department store, Books a Million, Target, Pet Shops, Dollar Store, Staples. Restaurants,Cafe & fast food (Subway, Pizza) and a Starbucks in Target. Nail Spa and Hairdressers.

You can look some of the stores up on-line so that you have an idea of what to expect.

There's the other 'Mall type thingy' is at the other end of the 27 towards Clermont. JC Penney, TJ Maxx, can't remember the name though.

I have found out it is Berry Town Center near Highlands Reserve. Does anyone know anything about this?

Hi Mel,

Berry has been around a few years now but is not an outlet mall. There is a Publix supermarket there, Applebees, Linksters, SunTrust Bank, a gas station and some other eateries but not much else.

I would agree Berry Town Center is good for eating but not shoppping, Posner Park would be much better.
