Budget - no problems

Hi, We used USCarHire for the first time and selected Budget because they were cheaper. We pre-registered to avoid delays at Orlando and found the service excellent. There was no line at the kiosk, no pressure to buy any options (unlike Dollar last time), and the car was a new Kia Sedona, 7 seat van, which was much better than the vans we had previously rented from Dollar. We had Gold insurance so the extra drivers were covered and the fuel was included. Paperwork was correct and we were on our way very quickly. Returned the car after 3 weeks and the receipt clearly stated everything had been prepaid and no extra charges were due. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Great to hear some positive comments on here too as we know we have many, many very happy customers who use Budget and the other suppliers all the time with no problems.

You only usually get to hear about those with issues on here which could lead the casual reader to think some of the car hire companies are not good, which could not be further from the truth.
