Dollar Express Specific Options

If I join Dollar express would I still be able to arrange car hire through this forum. I am confused about the specific options part where you have to say if you want things like LDW or prepaid fuel. We have always rented with Dollar in the past and always rented Ford E350s. (I hope they still do them). At the end of the day all I want to do is rent through this site but hopefully avoid the pain and grief at the other end. Darryl[msnscared]

We were advised when first joining Dollar Express that we should decline any of the options offered on there as we rent through here and all those are covered in the prepaid options on here. Otherwise people have found they have paid twice and from memory dont thinnk they were able to claim it back.
