    Villa for 2

    Hi All
I hve been to Florida many times and i am looking at returning for a week in November this year. There will only be two of us this time but fancy the idea of chilling in a villa but would like to be in the kissimee near the Poinciana Blvd / US192 area. Any recomendations would be great.

    Hi Wendy, welcome to OV.

We have had a few parties of just 2 guests in our home so don't worry about numbers. There are plenty of homes that would suit your requirements.

Great choice of location by the way [msnwink]

Home owners aren't allowed to respond to booking enquiries via the forum so best use the websites that Tracey has suggested and put your requirements in the comments box. That way every home advertiser with your dates available will get back to you.

As has already been said, all size homes will take less guests than sdvertised so that's not a problem. We regularly have smaller groups in our four bed home as I am sure other home advertisers also do.

Tracy put your booking in for the sites and say were you want to stay then all villas in that area will reply .
Do not worry about only being only 2 of you will have more space .

I would also state clearly that there is only 2 of you going. When we booked a villa for 2, a lot of the villas offered a discount as they knew we would not be using all the beds, facilities etc. We actually ended up in a 6 bed as it was both really good value and just where we wanted to be,

Chatham Park, The Villas at Somerset and Indian Wells are probably the closest to Routes 192/Poinciana Blvd intersection.

I stayed at Chatham Park recently and we found it was ideal for Poinciana Blvd and the 192. It's off Siesta Lago, mile marker 13 on 192.
We've always hired villas even when only myself and husband went.

We are two adults and have rented a 3br & 4br villas. The pool is the most important factor in selecting a villa. We have stayed at Cresent Lakes which was not far from poinciana blvd.

Even before we had the kids we always stopped in Villas bar one occasion when we stayed in a hotel.

We didn't like staying in teh hotel and found it cheaper to book a 3 bed or even 4 bed roomed villa even when just the 2 of us.
