Woke to find that local news stations reporting travel disruptions again. Checked on-line and found outward plane delayed from Gatwick.
Found MCO website and plane due to land 17.30, checked later and our flight's delayed 3 hours.
I then received an email from BA telling me the latest time we could check in.
Left just after 2pm, offloaded my sister and our 9 pieces of luggage curbside whilst we took the two cars back.
Checked in ok and the majority of my bags were around the 17kg mark, 2 were 21 and 27. After husband tutting over my packing I told him that next year we're going to have our own bags. Two for him and two for me and two for household and dvd's etc. We'll see then who buys the most.
As we're delayed we were each given a voucher for 19 dollers and we decided to go to the McCoy grill. Got through TSA quite quickly and am now sitting in the lounge. We've got 2 1/2 hours before our flight takes off, as it's later and nearer the time we normally fall asleep then no doubt we'll get off to sleep quite quickly. Time to try out the bed as only managed a few zzz's on way out.
