Who do I check in with??

We are flying with Virgin from Heathrow to New York. Virgin have booked us onto an internal shuttle flight with BMI Baby from Manchester to Heathrow.

My question is who do I check in with? I am planning to do the virginn on line check in, but do I then have to check in with BMI Baby at Manchester and drop of the bags, or do I just go to the Virgin Bag drop?

When we visit the UK we sometimes book Virgin through Continental if it's cheaper. We then have the choice to either check in at the Virgin desk (or Downtown Disney) or with Continental so I'd guess it will be the same for you. Worth checking with the airline first though just to make sure it's the same with BMI Baby.

BMI don't fly from the same terminal at Manchester as Virgin so I don't see how it could be other than with BMI.

I often connect to American at Heathrow from Manchester via the BA shuttle. Even though AA & BA both use T3 at MAN, I always have to check in with BA.
