Thank you John and Roger for allowing me to post this I do appreciate it.
A good friend of mine is doing the coast to coast 190 mile walk in aid of Orchid the wonderful charity for male cancer. If you can it would be great if you could sponcer him. Paul has had cancer himself and I so admire him for doing this.
