Clearwater, July 4th

Anyone been at that time. I guess it will be busy but any idea how busy? Is there anything firework-wise in the beach area (we're staying at a beach hotel on the night of the 4th).

We were in Delray on the 4 th July last year and they had a boat out at sea and set fireworks of they had stopped all fireworks in a lot of places after 9/11 so it was the first time last year they had done it again a radio station had a stage and lots of stall around the streets and selling ,So maybe they do it in Clearwater now .
Go on Clearwater web site and it may tell you the events for the year .

thanks Maureen, I got a reply from a forum member with an ideal link for the 4th July, Coachman Park (I'm sure I'll find it) seems to have a some party arranged with something for everyone.
