Cancellations and changes due to Volcano

We are being inundated with car hire changes and cancellations due to the situation with the volcano ash.

I've added a page to our site explaining how we will assist the best we can with any changes, but also explaining the limitations that are placed on us by the various suppliers.

Dollar, Alamo and Budget are being fairly helpful in general, but there are certain restrictions we can not avoid.
