    FAO ROGER GOLD/SILVER OPTION

    Roger...

    We booked silver carhire and the voucher we have is saying Gold.... also my husband has paid for the carhire for all last night so how do we do the lead drivers and names matching card etc???

    I would imagine you just need to make 2 bookings and simply swap over.

    Yes, Martin is right, you would need a booking for each car.

    Even if you don't actually have to change, it makes a lot of sense to do it because on the Gold option you'll get 2 tanks of petrol for the same money as you pay for when you keep the car for a second period. At current pump prices, quite a saving and well worth it.

    You don't even need to go all the way back to the airport depot to change if there's another location nearer to where you are.

    A couple of years ago we hired an extra car for our second week, Dollar have a depot on 192 marker 7? just before you get to the turn off for Celebration. We arranged to also drop it off there as we were flying Virgin. If you need to you can drop it off at the airport.

    I believe they will also come and pick you up from your villa and take you to their site, where you are staying you should be in their collection range.

    There is an Alamo depot located in the Holiday Inn on the 192 Liesa if you go with them and Budget have an office at Old Town if you us them
