Lovely photos. Certainly must bring back memories for you and looking at them brings back memories of our own family holidays in Florida.

Sure does....so much so that we have decided on our villa for October 2011. We have stayed there twice before and had a great time, and the owners are going to throw in pool heating.

Snaps were taken with a Canon G9, a great little camera. I have since upgraded to a digital SLR, but still carry my G9 with me. The G9 is probably what I will use most on Florida holidays where I am running around parks, and use the DSLR for those 'planned shots'. I also have an underwater case for the G9 which is very useful, especially at Discovery Cove.

There is no noticable loss of quality when printing borderless images at A4 size. But you need a good photo printer.

The G9 has now been superceded, so you can pick up a good condition used camera for about £200. The G9 is a bridging camera, it goes a bit further than your point-and-shoot cameras.

    Hope this helps.
