Tolls

After reading Randyj's post- I am worried about the tolls and maybe missing them and getting a fine.
What are the things we need to look out for please?

You will be ok-you can't miss them-there are usually a number of lanes very well signposted where you can go up and pay an attendant or if unmanned throw your money in-unless you go in the Sunpass lane which is very well signposted you can't really just drive through-i wouldn't worry about it (other than having a few dollard worth of quarters)

You definitely won't miss them, the sun pass ones are very clear and there are no barriers

I always try to be in the right hand lane once I see a sign saying Toll 1/2 mile ahead.

When you say sun pass lanes is this like a swipe card that is loaded in advance and is it available to tourists? if so where can we purchase one.

We are going to be touring for two weeks so think something like this would be handy.

You can purchase the 'mini' and drug and grocery stores. Probably only worth getting if you are doing plenty of driving on the toll roads.

Arent the new toll lanes off of the highway? I have heard of some people just driving straight by them.
