Just been weighed lost 2lb a total now of 2 stone. Would still like to lose another 3 or 4lb so I have a little to play with when I go away. 5 weeks in Florida at the end of October won't do the waistline much good[cheers][ihop][drinkpepsi][drinkbeer]
