First time visit to Orlando - Feedback pls!

I don't think that i have ever produced photo id at a park-i've signed and done the fingerprint thing but thats no hassle-the only expense really after parking will be refreshments-last year with the kids we bought a load of "school lunch packs" and capri suns from walmart-we froze the capri suns in the villa then had a breakfast drove to the parks with our little packs and had an evening meal out or back at the villa-that meant that our daily expenses were minimised-for souvenirs i would not bother in the parks but save my shopping for a shopping day and go to downtown disney or one of the myriad malls

If the fingerprint process doesn't work you need to show an ID (with a picture on it). It happened to our son quite a few times, for some reason. We always carry our passports with us anyway, so it didn't bother us, but I think some people said elsewhere that they carried photocopies and it worked fine. Or maybe any other ID with a picture, like driver license for adults or ID card?
