Transport from Kennedy Space Centre to Universal

A friend of mine is going on a cruise then wants to go to Kennedy Space Centre straight from Port Canaveral before coming to the Universal area for 2 days. Please can you give me information about taxi firms or buses which she can get from Kennedy to Universal with approximate cost.
I have put the question in this section so that my friend can access the answer herself as she is not a villa owner and I'm not likely to see her again in the near future!

Thanks for the answer. My friend is not computer literate so can cope with clicking on things but not 'subscribing' or joining anything!
She cannot drive a car and I'd already directed her to Mears and wondered if there were alternatives.
