What do we do in case of problem at MCO?

We rented through this site with US carhire with Budget. We are very excited as it's getting close to our departure.

We've been wondering. What if we have problems with Budget when picking up the car. What do we do? How can we contact US carhire? I've looked through the faq, but can't find a phone number. Only email and who knows how long it'll take to get a reply (we're arriving on Saturday evening).

One of my concerns is that they will not have the car we hired (7 seater minivan) and we won't be able to fit in a smaller car.
    Who knows?
    Thanks.

You should find that you have an emergency contact number on the last section of the email that UScarhire sent to you.

However as soon as John or Roger see this I am sure they will add a full answer.

We arrived on a Sunday evening in 2008 and found that Budget did not have our booking sorted. There were 8 of us so needed at least an 8 seater. They tried to give us 2 smaller cars but i politely but firmly refused and said we needed the 8 seater we had booked.

I used the emergency number on the voucher and got pretty much striaght through to someone.

20 minutes later an 8 seater Toyota Sienna came around the corner.

Don't worry, everything is in place for you if something is not right.

p.s.. We had actually booked an 8 seater 4x4 and sure enough 2 days later we were in possession of a brand new Ford Expedition as booked.

As said above, problems are rare, and if for any reason there is a problem call the emergency number that is shown on the voucher.

Thanks to all for your replies. My mind is set at ease now. We hadn't seen the number on the voucher yet.
We're off to having a fantastic holiday, I'm sure [party1]
