Express pass Universal Orlando

My daughter & partner are going for 1 day to Universal Orlando next Easter - 7th April. We're buying the break for them - their Xmas pressie. All is well & organised except the express passes (to allow them to beat the queues) - I can't seem to be able to buy them though I have found a website (the official Universal one) that seems to offer them but is a rubbish website & isn’t working on my computer.
Any advice?
