    taking friends

    We are travelling to Oralando August and have decided to take 3 of our childrens friends 14 15 18 years old

    What if any complications legally could we expect also any advice welcome

    Make sure you have a letter of consent from the friends parents which not only gives them consent to travel but also authorizes you to consent to any medical treatment they need in an emergency.

    Ideally this should be notarized but if this is not feasable, at the very least it should carry a scan of the passport (photo/ signature
    page) of the parent who signs the letter.

    You may not be asked for it but it is better to be safe than sorry.[msnsmile]

    You have plenty of time, I'd have it notarized, specially the medical consent. Let's hope you won't need it!
    Make sure they have travel and medical insurance of course and that you appear on the contract as the one who's in charge.
