We get charged if we use the Walmart in Haines City but not the Walmart at the top of John Young Parkway, which is operated by a different bank.
All of the ones I knew that didn't charge, have now started charging - usually about $1.50. This change has happened it the last few months.

They started a few months ago in my area.
In May you could use the one in the car park at the Red Lobster close to what used to be Splendid China, near the Outback without any charge.
