LGW south terminal

Morning!

I have a quick question. Its years since I've flown fromt the South Terminal, can anyone tell me what quick and easy places to eat are at the south terminal so we can grab a bite before we fly?

There are 10 food outlets beyond security, including Cafe Rouge, Costa, Frankie and Benny's, McDonalds, Pret A Manger, Shake-a-Hula, The Bridge Bar and Eating House, The Flying Horse, Apostrophe. and Caviar House and Prunier Seafood Bar.

Before security there is Burger King, Cafe Nero, Costa, Frankie and Benny's, Marks and Spencer Simply Food, Starbucks and Village Inn.

We often pick up something from M and S (sandwich etc) for our afternoon snack as sometimes the food is a bit grim.

I am sure you will be able to find something you like amongst these.
