After much soul searching we have decided to sell our house in crescent lakes.

We moved back to the UK in Aug 2007, and rented it out long term to Americans, they didn't treat it like we would and as we haven't been out to the house (it would break my heart) we have been told that it needs a refurbishment, its a shame because we left it immaculate.
