It could any one of a large number of villas over the Kissimmee, davenport, Haines City, Clermont areas.
Thats the nice thing about booking direct with with an owner you know exactly where you are staying. I used to place bookings for Thomas Cook.

that was our original plan but unfortuantely the prices of flights were through the roof and saved a fortune by booking a package. We looked this site at villas and can honestly say we would have been more than delighted to stay in any one of them. They have assured us we will be no more than a 20min drive to disney

[/quote]A tip for the future is, if flights are expensive and you can't find any deals book the cheapest package you can and then don't use the accommodation part. You can then book the villa of your choice and still save money on a flight alone price [msnsmile] It can also work out cheaper with a car included package, again don't accept the car but book one through this site.

    Have a great time [msncool]

thanks for advice Nina never thought of that [msnembarrased]although even now in hindsight dont think on this occasion we would have manged to get it any cheaper for what we were looking for but will certainly keep it in mind for the future many thanks[msnsmile2]

    Melanie,

There are positives to booking both ways, package / DIY.
You will get a good villa and I'm sure you will have a great holiday.

What happens with Travel Agents [who don't own villas] is they phone round fairly last minute and grab what they can at the lowest rate. I won't entertain them personally.
So you get whatever is leftover. I booked with jetsave once- got stuck out in the sticks in a well used villa [albeit clean and spacious] with no pool heat They had nowhere to move me to. That was when I bought a mag and booked direct [12 years or more ago] and then we bought our own villa!
Now, to get a good deal, ask them what the cheapest Hotel they have is, and book the minimum of 3 nights there, and get the cheap flight [hotel is about $40 a night, so still a good deal] and book your own accom!

The villa they have booked is an executive villa so I'm sure it will be grand even if it was booked at the last minute. Just because it was booked last minute doesn't mean it's going to be a terrible villa.
