Is it not worth trying to give up Tonish now that cigerette packets have so awful with more details .
My cousin went in for a operation for back trouble and he had smoked for years ,They closed is body and did not operate as he was full of cancer he lived in La and thewy told him it was due to smoking .
Well worth thinking about for your children.
He said if only I had stopped way back .

I know,I know, I know.

I smoke those small cigars and I really need to stop it. Aside from the health issue, there's also the shame factor. I honestly feel like a schoolboy sneaking off behind the bike sheds every time I try to surreptitiously indulge.

If you still enjoy smoking why give it up, as people do get cancer even if they have never smoked.

Do what I've done and ditch the real cigarettes and use an electronic cigarette.
Since trying the electronic one back in April this year I haven't smoked a real one and not missed them at all.

I previously smoked 20/30 a day for 30 years and tried everything to give up including patches, hypnosis, zyban (twice).

And, the best think about these electronic ones is that you can "smoke" them anywhere, including on aeroplanes. The "smoke" they produce is actually water vapour, so it's perfectly legal.
