Downtown Disney Virgin Check in

Hi

Just wondering if the Virgin Downtown Check in is still running, as not used it since 2005.

If so what is the cost? I did read that if you have booke a Virgin Holiday there is no cost. We have booked a flydrive through Virgin holidays but not sure if this would mean we have to pay or not.

We have received our Flight tickets etc, but there is no mention of the downtown check in.

We used it in May at a cost of $10, when you booked with virgin holidays they used to send you a voucher with your tickets to check in for free, our friends had on in October last year.

I believe the cost is $10 per person except for passengers who have booked through Virgin Holidays. Worth every penny in my opinion to spend the last day doing what you want and not queuing at the airport.

Checked in here on 23 September. Arrived about 10am only one party in front of us.
We were able to check the weight of our baggage before we joined the line so would be able to shuffle things around if needed.
Remember Virgin don't pool the party baggage allowance, if one case is over then you are charged for the extra weight no matter if another bag is under weight.

If you DIY it's $10 if you have a Virgin Holiday package you get a complimentary voucher.

We had a fly drive with Virgin last Christmas and didnt have to pay toe $10, just take your receipt or confirmation with you in case they want to see it.

I have not been sent any vouchers, so will take along receipts. Would be great if we don't have to pay the $10 as there are 6 of us.
