Hi can someone tell me how much budget car hire will take from my credit card? and when do they take this, is it when you arrive to pick up the vehicle? I have already done fast track about a month ago and so far no money has been taken

I was under the impression that you couldnt register for fast track until 5 days before your hire starts

When we arrived in Miami, and showed the fast track paperwork, they told me it didn't make any difference and made us go through everything again.

Ive read a lot recently how people have done the fast track at sanford airport with budget, and when they arrive at the kiosk its unmanned with a sign saying go to the budget office, Hope this dont happen to me, but i suppose late september i cant see it being really busy

I don't think that they actually take any money, they just take an imprint and Lock off a certain amount for security.
