September & October are our favourite months to travel to Florida.
Hurricanes should be considered as they can obviously cause structural damage but putting everything in to persective Florida is a great all year holiday destination and millions agree!!!
I was thinking that if you live near Salzburg, why not try to find a flight from Munich, it is not so far as Frankfurt.

There haven't been any serious hurricanes in Florida for about FIVE years now....
I think the travel agent is being a bit paranoid!!!!!!
The only problem I've had in Sept is my daughter and dragonflies..
