the park looks great how far from tampa bay area is the park we r staying in springhill 45 mins north of tampa
It's around 30 minutes from Tampa.
Kids loved it, especially when they did the Fossil Dig and got to take home 3 of the fossils they found.

Have often seen the dinosaurs overlooking the I4 when I have driven up from Tampa. Great photos [msnsmile2]

The boys saw them last time we went to the Gulf Coast so they made us promise to take them.
Glad we did, great for a morning or afternoon out.
Friendly place and not over crowded.
AND the parking was FREE - That's a first! lol
