Bloomingdales do! We were told in Vegas we could get a discount card so we went to guest services and they said it's only available in Florida or New York. We're going to Florida in 6 weeks time so I'll try to get one whilst we're there and let you know.

Is it not 10% for the maceys card? Just had one but didn't buy much this time but I thought it was only 10%!

Most big stores have a discretionary discount card that you can ask for at customer services. Macys is usually 11%, but other stores vary their discount rates.
You can show your UK drivers license for this, it does not have to be a passport, and they often ask which hotel you are staying in

<span style="color:blue"> Ross gives a discount card to over 55's on Tuesdays, and Beall's give an over 55's on Mondays.

Beals outlet have a Monday club discount card for 50 and over. On a Friday they do the same for anyone 49 and under. Don't know if the same rule applies to a Bealls store.
There's also a Bealls clearance store on 192/Carrol st, Osceolla mall. There's a Ross here as well, at the far end of the mall. If you go past the crossroads and enter either at mall entrance or next set of lights, you can park nearer to Ross. You'll see the entrance to the Bealls clearance store to the left hand side of the mall entrance next to Ross.
Bealls outlet also have a buyer's reward card which is punched for every $10 spent. Once the card is full you get an additional 20% off your total purchase. Use it on a discount day and this equals a 35% discount.
