Thread: Thomas Cook Premium

  1. #11
New panic now! The tickets have arrived and they do say Premium (phew!) but the baggage allowance says 20kg per person whereas everything on the website says 30kg per person for Premium passengers.

The extra baggage allowance was one of the reasons we booked Premium.

Oh well, I feel another email to Thomas Cook coming on!

Hi Jude, are you sure that isn't 20KG per case?

All sorted again now. Spoke to Thomas Cook and the tickets are wrong as they should say 30kg per person for Premium passengers so they are going to reissue the tickets. The best part is that they actually charged us for baggage when they shouldn't have for Premium so we are getting a £90 refund!!

    Result!

Just out of interest Jude what is the seat pitch in premium, I know its 33" in economy, I normally always fly virgin which has a 31" pitch so that extra 2" will definately make a difference
