They don't always book into N but it's the most common class for Airmiles. I've known BA flights book into Full Fare but it does vary.

It's not widely known that you can trade Tesco vouchers for actual BA miles instead of Airmiles which, for some people, is more beneficial. I've collected over 250,000 that way.

If you go for virgin holidays vouchers they are for complete holidays only, you have to go for airmiles to get fly drives, you get a choice of fly drives using most uk and usa carriers.
When you go the airmiles route they are booking your flights for you so you cannot combine miles plus money with them.

Eric[/quote]That's 1 of the ways going for BA miles (as distinguished from Airmiles) with Tesco vouchers might be advantageous for some people because you can use them for Miles/Cash, Miles only or even for upgrades on BA. You just open a BA Executive Club account (free) and the miles are automatically credited to it.

A lot of confusion stems from the decision to call the programme 'Airmiles' because the reality is that they're a broader travel reward programme not a Frequent Flyer scheme. Very understandably, a lot of people mistakenly think that Airmiles is BA's FF programme.

Airmiles has since 'broken away' from BA's FF program, and is now collectible on general purchases not just miles in the air, and covers more than just BA. But Airmiles is still run by The Mileage Company, which also runs the BA Miles program.

You can turn your tesco vouchers into 4 times their value but it's only with Virgin Holidays, not Virgin Atlantic. You could book the cheapest holiday and then book your villa separately.

Does Virgin Flydrive come under Virgin Holidays to use the Tesco Vouchers? Wondering if that would be better option than Virgin Atlantic with a miles and money flight. Have done Fly Drive before, ditched the car and booked from here as that was cheaper than all the extras you need to pay!

I think you can book flydrive, just had a look at Virgin Holidays site for flydrive for July next year and it works out really expensive!
