this has probably been discussed before sorry,
my son usually books with Dollar but notice budget is much cheaper , so he is going to book for a 3 week hire on the Silver option , Can anyone tell me if you get .

1 two drivers on Silver .
2 Do you have to pay for a full tank of petrol when you pick it up [ at Airport prices ] or do you return the car full.

3. Can you pick the car up in Orlando and Return to a different location?
