    8 SEATER

Can anyone let me know what you would get if you booked an 8 seater though this site but using alamo. Don't want anything that looks like a converted van[msnsad]

Normally Alamo let you choose your own
Car from the line of 8 seaters, having said that we have only ever seen Toyota Sienna's available, they are nice to drive, reasonable mpg.
    Have a great time

I have used Alamo at Orlando, San Francisco, Denver & Detroit, we have always chosen our own car, they have rows of cars with a sign at the front saying, compact, intermediate, full size etc. you just walk along the correct row and pick a car.

    Hi Lynn
We're Just back from Florida and we got 8 seater using Alamo. We picked up in Orlando International and had our choice of cars to pick from. However they were all Toyota Sienna so the only real choice you have is colour. That being said it is a fantastic car with buckets of room. We had 8 people in ours and still had room for a large buggy and all the shopping in the back.Really comfy and drives like a regular car. Also Alamo staff were great, had a small problem with car midway through our trip and had it sorted with replacement car within 15 mins.

Thanks for that, there will be 5 adults we usually have a 7 seater for 4 adults but thought an 8 seater for 5 might give us a bit more space as we will be driving down to Fort Myers for a few days with all our luggage before coming back to Kissimmee.

I can endorse the Toyota Sienna. We had one in April, it's a lovely car, and the boot is HUGE - I think it is based on The Tardis - we couldn't believe it looked bigger on the inside than on the outside.

Yes, we reckon out of all the 8 seaters now, the Sienna has the best luggage capacity as well as being nice and comfortable to drive and sit 8 people.
