Terra Verde townhouse

We are still not completely sure where to rent a villa. We are now looking at Terra Verde.
We see there are nice townhouses there as well. Has anyone ever stayed in one, 4 beds, 3 baths, or any of the owners who can tell us more about the townhomes with pool?

Most of the information is in word documents with links to other sites which I didn't think was allowed on the forum (virtual tours etc). I've also got maps & floor plans which I wasn't sure how to post as they are jpegs.

Are those things allowed?

General information on Terra Verde:-

Whilst staying in our community guests are able to use all the facilities of Terra Verde free of charge. It has a wonderful pool, spa, fitness room, sauna, Cyber Cafe, childrens indoor games area and Lounge Area. There is a basketball court, beach volley ball, Croquet / Bocca (boules) lawn, Poolside Bar Serving a range of soft drinks, beers, wine, smoothies and light snacks & a stocked fishing lake.

Basketballs, volleyballs, croquet and bocca sets available from the Concierge (deposit and small hire charge may apply). Both the fitness room and cyber cafe have recently had all equipment renewed.

We have also recently had a ATM & DVD rental machine installed.

Outgoing post can be left at the clubhouse and is collected daily. Stamps are available from the vending machine at the clubhouse, along with newspapers.

Our concierge team provides a friendly and professional service to assist Homeowners and Guests. They are happy to offer advice and provide directions to attractions and amenities in the Kissimmee and Orlando area.

Hours of Operation: 8am-9pm, 7 days a week.

The Clubhouse also tries to hold regular events at the poolside [party1]
