Summer's In Wasaga Beach, Canada(Photos Added)

Took these photos lunch time today when i went down to the beach for a slice of pizza and a Coke.

The fenced in area us where a pair of "Piping Plovers" are nesting:

The empty beach is on one side of the enclosure and the "busy" part is on the other side.

We did the beach and picture thing this week too...not as many people on our beaches yet..we have a seaweed problem just now..

It looks sooooooooo much better than our local beach. We will have a wonderful (if the weather does hold up) air festival this weekend over the seafront at Southend but the beach is still nothing special.

The photos are so inviting ,We have still got cooler weather than we should have here looks like Canada as got summer early this year .
Enjoy it wish we were there .

Maureen if Canada is anything like New England you start doing summer things when the temp is just a little over freezing..LOL
People wear summer clothes a lot earlier here and start using the beach as soon as the sea is unfrozen

Chrissie it has just been on our news Uk has some of the worst beaches ,It is bank holiday this weekend and they have said it is going to be hotter than Spain [msnwink]we wait in antisapation and will not be going on the beaches [msncry].
We will be lucky to wear summer clothes at all here in full summer.
What is it like in Cape Cod now
as we have been to Falmouth a few years ago and they were so polite even the drivers on the rotundas .
