pre payment electron cards

Hi due out in 4 weeks and counting. Have some TC's but was wondering about a prepaid visa card. The only down side is, is that it is an electron backed visa. We have an electron card in this country and some shops and resturants won't accept it. Is the visa electron card widely accepted in florida ??[msnscared]

No its not, I would look for something different to be on the safe side.
