This is our second week back now, and I am happy to be topping my tan up in the garden [8D] Our trip was quieter this time as our daughter was revising on and off, but still had time for the parks, some meals out...yum..and some pool time...think it just might have been my fav trip[8D] to Florida in a long while! Very relaxed, and enjoyed all the more as it was a last minute trip! My husband was attempting to palm us off with a week in the Canaries...I don't think so[msnwink][msncool] We were lucky to have this trip, and some special folks made it possible[8D]

Overall had a good time went to Cocoa beach & Clearwater too. Unfortunatley the exchange rate was not great so was a bit expensive. Thought it was a bit cheeky paying for parking at the parks especially when you consider how much you paid for your tickets already.
The weather was hot our villa was lovely. Discovery Cove was amazing worth every penny we have some lovely photo's & a dvd to cherish the memory.

I did buy trainers out there but to be honest there wasn't a lot of difference in price. If the exchange rate was better than would get better deal. Clothes weren't that great apart from sports gear. Levi's were cheaper didn't think much to there fashion. Got soveniers from walmart.

We found basically that a lot of stuff is pounds for dollars so you get a much better deal if the exchange rate is better. Having said that even at the exchange rate now it is still cheaper. We bought trainers from the outlet places. We also bought 'school trainers' for our youngest for $8 and a pair of shoes for me, non slip soles (I work in a kitchen) for $8 as well. Nike trainers we bought were about $40. Like here you can also spend an absolute fortune on them if you want to[msnwink]
