we have booked are car hire through this site.we paid a £25 deposit and informed that the balance would be taken out 8 weeks befor departure but that was 8 days ago.is this normal or have they forgotten about us.

I'd recommend sending an e-mail to Roger, who's very prompt at answering directly (he may not read your post here). It's probably nothing to worry about.

Whilst we are on the subject of payment, My car hire balance is due out at the end of july but if i wanted to pay it within the next week can we do this, can it be done online or do we have to phone up
