Went to Florida last August and couldn't get DH to agree on next visit. Have finally agreed we are definately going (all things being equal) in 2011. A long way off at the moment but agreed none the less! Have to be August again because of schools but that is great as we found it to be so quiet. Looking back at our photos yesterday you can see how few other people are in them compared to previous years.[clap][clap][clap]
It is something to look forward to and plan as you have been before you know what you want to do most and who how there is lots more to see .
We still think Florida is good value and in August you get the hottest weather so drink plently of water and high xfaxtor suncream .

That is great news Sam. We were just sat outside in the sunshine discussing our next trip with the family. Usually it is me and hubby jet off to the villa at short notice and ask the 'kids' to look after the business. This is one of the few times I have been able to plan in advance.
I bet you are so excited. My sister, brother-in-law and 2 neices are all teachers and have the same 'school hols' problem - always have to go peak season. I think they have learnt that late August is best, it would seem most families want to go in July at the start of the holiday season.
You are going to have such a great time.

Thank you. We went late August and first week of September last year and it was amazing - so quiet. Humidity was easy to cope with by having plenty of pitstops! Also with being so far off incentive not to go shopping!
