Need 6 Month Rental

Hi guys...

Going to be in Orlando for a 6 month period. I need a place to crash for the whole period.

Are there any owners out there with a 4 bed condo / townhome / villa who are looking for a 6 month booking?

I only have a budget of $1200 per month to work with, but bills would be low as we would not be there a lot of the time due to travelling.

May 8th - Nov 8th 2009

May we ask why you would need 4 bedrooms?

In most(all?) long term rentals the tenants will pay for their own Utilities, at that time of the year Aircon alone could cost several hundred dollars a month.

Many thanks for the reply.

We will be having friends over periodically, so the space would be ideal for us.

We stayed out in Orlando a few years ago for a 6 month stretch, and we rented a home on Hway 27, from a chap who had no bookings in his short term rental. It simply makes it simple for us to rent, and only pay 1 fee per month!
